Inspired by the treasures of the sea, the Cowrie Shell Ring captures the timeless beauty of one of nature's most symbolic forms. Once used as currency across Africa and beyond, the cowrie shell carries centuries of meaning — protection, prosperity, and connection to the ocean.

Each ring is individually hand-crafted by Natasha Wood in her studio, Available in two material combinations:

  • Solid Sterling Silver — shell and band both in hallmarked 925 sterling silver, high-polish finish
  • Brass & Silver Combo — warm brass cowrie shell on a sterling silver band, for a two-tone contrast

Your satisfaction matters. Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Sterling silver is a soft, precious metal — treat it gently. Store pieces individually in a soft pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and chlorine. Polish with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine.
