Each pair of Sea Urchin Hook Earrings begins with a real sea urchin shell, hand-cast in sterling silver to capture every intricate raised nodule and ridge of the original form. The silver is then hand-oxidised — a traditional patination technique — to draw the eye deep into the texture, creating a dramatic contrast between dark recesses and bright, polished peaks.
