2. She replies with sketches and a quote within 2–3 days.
3. Once approved, a 50% deposit is requested.
4. Your piece is handmade over 4–6 weeks and shipped worldwide.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Cape Town once your bespoke piece is complete. South African orders arrive in 2–4 working days. International orders ship via DHL in 5–10 working days.

Care instructions

Sterling silver is a soft, precious metal — treat it gently. Store pieces individually in a soft pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and chlorine. Polish with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine.
